As a Multimedia Designer for Verizon Telecom, my main role was designing great digital content and effective user interface layouts for web and mobile devices. Our creative team functioned as a fast-paced internal design agency so my role was key. I was a top performer and handled everything that was assigned to me with grace and style. I had an important role representing our team at corporate HQ in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
In addition, I developed new work processes such as obtaining media partner content, working with an overseas partner in France using new software, researching best practices and partners, creating Avatars for online support, and creating high end digital design and multimedia presentations for our VP.
One of my biggest achievements was creating a cost effective and state-of-the-art avatar system known as the “Ask Verizon Virtual Agent”. I was assigned to research, present, design and collaborate with analytics, data, customer service, and 3D design studio teams spanning from California, New Jersey, England and France. The campaign was a huge success that surpassed expectations by reducing over 1 million customer service calls in the first quarter of implementation.
